GM Dictionary: Geology #3
This month I want to cover something that I generally know very little about: geology. Sure I know a bit. Enough to get by. I usually even remember the difference between stalactite and stalagmite. I’ll give you a hint. One holds tight (or tite!) to the ceiling! That being said my vocabulary could use a boost and maybe yours could to so let’s dig in this month’s Dictionary. (Okay I apologize for the puns.)
Sedimentary rock is formed through deposits of material that eventually cementate. Different types of sedimentary rocks are classified based on the source and method of sedimentation.
